How many guests can the venue accommodate? Our venue can host up to 250 guests maximum. Is the venue handicap accessible? Yes, Veltre’s is fully handicap accessible. Are there multiple event spaces available? Yes, we offer four distinct rooms, each with breathtaking views of the river and valley. Do you offer transportation or shuttle services? Yes, transportation and shuttle services are available upon request.

What wedding packages are available? We offer Full-Service Sit-Down Duet Plate, Full-Service Sit-Down Dinner, and Wedding Buffet options. What is included in the wedding packages? All packages include linens, napkins, tables, Chiavari chairs, cake cutting and serving, tray cookies, coffee and hot tea stations, all staff and catering needs, and a 5-hour rental. Are there minimum guests requirements? Yes. •January–April: 50 adult minimum •May, November, December (Saturdays): 100 adult minimum •June–October (Saturdays): 150 adult minimum Maximum capacity: 250 guests What are the ceremony fees? •$300 for up to 80 guests •$500 for 80–160 guests

What catering options are available? We offer a variety of entrees including chicken, beef, seafood, vegetarian, and vegan options. Packages include appetizers, a salad, and sides. Do you offer bar packages? Yes, we offer Premium and Ultimate Bar Packages, as well as a Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package for guests under 21. All bar packages include unlimited soft drinks and mixers. Can I customize the menu? Yes, you can choose from a wide selection of entrees, sides, and appetizers to suit your event. Are children’s meals available? Yes. •Children 5 and under eat free •Ages 6–10 receive meals at half price

Booking & Payments FAQs

What is the booking process? First deposit: $1,500 (non-refundable) Second deposit: $2,000 due six months prior (non-refundable) Final payment: Due 10 days before the event (cash, cashier’s check, or credit card with a 4% fee) Is there a fee for renting the whole hall? Yes, whole hall rental is $1,500. There is no charge if only one level is used. Can I extend my event time? Yes, extra hours are available for $500 per hour.
